The minimum redemption for cash prizes is a low 50 Gems. 1 Gem is equivalent to $1 USD and you have to playthrough your Gems at least once to be eligible to withdraw. You also need to go through the KYC process and verify your identity before redeeming.

Daily redemption limits and how quickly requests are processed vary by VIP level. For example, the daily maximum redemption while you’re VIP1 is $2,500, with a monthly cap of $ 30,000. The daily cap for a VIP5 is the same, but the monthly cap is $60,000.
