In our tests, GoGoGold stood out for an amazing welcome bonus. But with that being said, it fell short due to a restrictive gaming library and poor responsible gaming practices. So truth be told, this just isn’t a site that I can recommend to our readers.

The big thing to keep in mind though, is that Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly. Instead, users will have three main ways to get Sweeps Coins: they can acquire them as a free gift when purchasing select Gold Coins packages, request them via the AMOE, or receive them as part of a bonus offer. And that final point is really important. Because at GoGoGold, there are a whole load of bonuses that can see you awarded with 10+ free Sweeps Coins on day 1.

The welcome offer at GoGoGold is very unique. As while the offer that they market as their “Welcome Bonus” is worth 100,000 GC + 2 SC — the truth is that with just a couple of extra steps, you can get started with 10 Sweeps Coins.

Because not only will you get access to improved and additional bonuses as you tier up, but tiering up will also improve your overall site experience. Claiming the full 10 SC + 300,000 GC isn’t too difficult. However, there are a couple of steps that you need to follow.

1. Visit GoGoGold for the first time, and click the ‘Earn Coins’ button to begin a quick site tutorial. Once completed, accept the pop-up to earn the first 2 SC and 100,000 GC.
2. After that, you can sign up by linking your account to your Gmail or Facebook, or otherwise by filling out the sign-up form. Once confirmed, you’ll be given a further 2 SC and 100,000 GC.
3. After completing sign-up, head to the rewards tab and agree to enable notifications. Once enabled, 2 more SC will be credited to your account.
4. Finally, from the same rewards tab, you can also claim the install bonus. Agreeing to this won’t actually install. And instead, it’ll just save a shortcut to GoGoGold onto your device’s homescreen — after which, you’ll be credited the final 4 SC and 100,000 GC.

These steps are super easy to follow. From any smartphone device, it should take no more than 5 minutes to claim the full 10 SC and 300,000 GC, so long as you follow the instructions above.

GoGoGold offers 100+ titles — mainly made up of slots and live dealer games. Unfortunately, a lot of these games are locked behind the VIP club. And for new players, you’ll only be able to play 23 slot games in total. In testing this site, I tried to play all of these games. However, due to bugs and loading issues, I could only open 19 of them as the rest repeatedly got stuck on the loading page. Although after making a purchase, I also played ~30 of the VIP games.

Outside of the in-house games, the list of providers supplying games to GoGoGold is pretty small. Though with that being said, these providers are some of the best, with Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, NoLimit City, Evolution, Evoplay, and Betsoft all available — and with BGaming apparently on the way.

GoGoGold is primarily a mobile sweepstakes casino. But despite this, when playing on my phone, I noticed that a lot of games wouldn’t load — although those that did load played without any hiccups.

The minimum purchase is $2. However, this will only get you 24,000 GC and 18 VIP points, which is not enough to tier up in the VIP club. Instead, to tier up and get SC, you’ll want to purchase the $5 package, which will get you 62,500 GC + 5-6 SC + 50 VIP points.

Minimum redemption is 50 SC. But when I made mine, I found out that there was a $5 fee — and so I only actually received $45 back on my card. Maximum redemption is usually $10,000. Though if you reach the hall of fame VIP tier, this will be bumped up to $50,000. One other thing to keep in mind is that at GoGoGold, SC must be played through 3 times in order to become redeemable.

Redemption speed comes down to VIP tier. For iron, it can take 3-15 business days. However, from the bronze tier and above, redemption will take less than 24 hours — with the emerald tier even granting you instant redemption. When I made my redemption I was bronze, and it took about 12 hours, which is pretty fast for a sweepstakes casino.

6. Playing Experience

While the design of GoGoGold is very simple, I personally had a lot of issues when using it. I already mentioned that games often wouldn’t load for me. But another thing that annoyed me was that despite being a very easy-to-navigate site, I found that the amount of pop-ups that you have to deal with is very annoying — and as an example, I kept getting alerted to collect my daily bonus even after I had already claimed it. One thing that I did really like though was that on the redeem page, you’re given an accurate counter on the playthrough progress of your SC.

GoGoGold is primarily a mobile sweepstakes casino. And while it does work on your desktop, everything is configured to a layout that’s optimized for smartphones. Further, while they do advertise an app, it really is just a shortcut that gets pinned to your homescreen — and so it works identically to the normal mobile site.

While GoGoGold does have a responsible gaming page, it appears to have been copied and pasted from a Yellow Social Interactive Limited sweepstakes casino. And GoGoGold themself do not offer any accessible responsible gaming tools. They do claim that you can reach out to customer support to request self-exclusion — but as we’ll explain in the next section, there are a lot of issues with their customer service.

They do have strong geo-location tools. And KYC is required to make a redemption. Though personally, the lack of meaningful RSG tools overshadows this, and I feel that GoGoGold needs to do better in this area.

8. Customer Support

Customer support at GoGoGold is abysmal. They do have an email address (gogogold-service@outlook.com) where you can contact them — and while slow, the team is ok. But for me, the deal breaker is their AI chat feature. It isn’t helpful. You can’t actually type in your problem and have to choose between the available options. And when investigating responsible social gaming tools, it kept telling me that if I deleted my account, all the cash I’d put in it would go down the drain and that I’d lose my chance at becoming a millionaire.

This is manipulative, extremely negligent, and it goes against player safety and responsible social gaming practices.

9. Our Testing Results & Evidence Summary

Prior to writing this review, I didn’t have any experience with GoGoGold. And so these findings have been gathered over about ten days in which I’ve signed up, claimed all of the free bonuses, made a purchase, played games, made a redemption, and then tested out various features for bugs and player safety. For full transparency, I’ll be going over what I used to test the site.

• Games tested: ~50 in total — mainly slots and a few live dealer games

However, once you look past the bonus, you’ll see a site with very few games, a VIP system that can massively restrict you, and seriously questionable practices. And for me, I’d give this site a 51.6/100 and would advise players to look elsewhere.
