10.1 California notice (CCPA/CPRA)
Under California law, “sale” and “share” can include disclosing information to advertising and analytics partners in exchange for value, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose identifiers and online activity information (such as cookie identifiers and browsing interactions) to analytics, advertising, and affiliate partners.
To opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, you can:
- Use browser or device controls to limit cookies and advertising IDs.
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) where supported; we will process GPC as an opt-out signal where required by law.
- Contact us using the details in Section 12 with your request.
10.2 Other U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of certain states may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.
