6. Playing Experience (Design, Mobile & Performance)

Frankly, my experience with Moozi’s UX has been a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, there are some cool design choices. I really like that the redeem button is always visible, it saves me time as I’m not forced to dig through menus when I just want to cash out.

A flurry of promotional banners is another advantage. It keeps the offers front and center so you don’t miss reload deals. Moozi is one of the few sweepstakes casinos with 2FA, which keeps your Sweeps Coins stash nice and safe.

However, a few things disappointed me. Having to verify my account before claiming the welcome bonus or making purchases is annoying, especially when most sites let you immediately start playing with SC.
