WOW Vegas is well known for featuring top providers with excellent reputations that power its game lobby. Today, there are currently over 35 brands, including big names like Betsoft, BGaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, and 3 Oaks Gaming.

All game providers are licensed and subject to testing to ensure fairness by reputable third-party auditors like eCOGRA and iTech Labs. WOW Vegas doesn’t have a native mobile app but this doesn’t take anything away from the performance. The site loads quickly and I didn’t experience any lagging or crashes. It’s hard to believe that with so much going on with the site ex features/bonus offers, it’s not confusing. The one issue I have is the same popups I would get whenever I entered the site.

WOW Vegas offers a good variety of banking methods including credit/debit cards, e wallets, and online banking. Redemption methods include gift cards, as well as Trustly and Skrill. After testing a few methods, I can verify it’s pretty simple, although it’s offputting that there’s a 2.9% processing fee when making a purchase.

The Coin Store is where you’ll find all the packages, which were as little as $1.99 but only included WOW Coins. However, the $2.49 package came with 5 free SC so that’s the package I chose.

For a redemption, I needed at least 50 SC ($50) for cash prizes or 20 SC ($20) for gift card redemptions. The daily maximum redemption is $10,000, with the exception of Florida, which is $5,000.

5.4 Payout Expectations

The redemption time for most of the banking options is less than 3 days, but in my experience, it took about 2 days.

WOW Vegas is relatively fast, even though you’re not getting the kind of instant payouts you’d see with crypto sites. What’s great here, though, is that if you level up to the Elite Level in the VIP Program, redemptions are processed the day they’re requested.

WOW Vegas takes a bit to get used to but that’s not negative per se because it’s all worth the learning curve. Firstly, I noticed that there’s popups and it’s always a bit of a process to get past them. However, if you’re on the hunt for special discount offers on packages, it’s handy.

The amount of different bonus types and events can make it difficult for a new player to figure out the best option. The one thing I would say is that the WOW Zone and bonus placement on the sidebar menu does help to break things down.

The lobby is nicely laid out for the most part with sections like Popular, New, Daily Prize Games, and more. Alternatively you can just scroll down to check out the sections, which is also where you can access the list of providers. A nice touch is the option for WOW to choose a random game for you. I didn’t note any lagging or game interruption at any point and games were easy to find.

I’m happy to see that WOW Vegas has added live chat and a community chat, but there are a few things to note. Firstly, only verified players can gain access to the community chat. Also, my experience with the AI agent was not perfect. It’s great that the response was lightning fast, but the answer was utterly false. I corrected the AI agent, and it apologized, understanding the information was outdated. It gave me the correct answer once I called it out, but it didn’t instill trust that I was getting the right answers.

After testing out this aspect of live chat, I asked to be forwarded to a real live person. I was informed there is no live support, but the AI agent sent a request to customer support to email me. It took about 4 hours to receive a response by email. I also asked a question on Facebook Messenger, and the response was even slower.

WOW Vegas doesn’t have any major weaknesses and has succeeded in being truly excellent. While I wasn’t a major fan of the AI agent for live chat, it’s great that it’s been introduced, and I’m sure it will advance over time. Another thing that kind of threw me off guard was being charged an additional 2.9% when purchasing a coins package.
